The ideal candidate
We welcome professionals with diverse backgrounds in leadership, coaching, and business facilitation. Our program is particularly well-suited for experienced EOS Implementers or those from equivalent programs with at least three years of experience and who have facilitated a minimum of 60 sessions. If you are passionate about guiding organizations through adversity and fostering resilience, this opportunity is for you.
The Implementer Journey
Discover: Attend an introductory webinar to learn about the Adversity Edge™ framework and the role of an Implementer.
Commit: Submit your application and discuss it with our program advisors in person to assess mutual fit.
Prepare: Register for our Boot Camp, where you'll receive comprehensive training to effectively deliver the program's principles.
Implement: Begin working with organizations, guiding them to turn challenges into strategic advantages.
